The platform uses current UAE market rate averages for each tier. Estimates are indicative and typically fall within ±15% of actual contractor quotes for standard projects. Pro & Enterprise users can override material prices with their actual supplier rates for tighter accuracy.
Yes. All plans produce a printable HTML report that can be saved as PDF via the browser. Pro users can export the BOQ to Excel. Enterprise users can add their company logo, stamp, and custom terms so the report carries their full branding.
You can still save and edit draft reports. The limit applies to generating (finalising) a report. Limits reset on the 1st of each month. You can upgrade your plan at any time to immediately unlock more capacity.
Pro and Enterprise subscribers have access to the Material Library where they can override any system default price, set custom wastage percentages, and add their own materials. System defaults remain visible as reference and cannot be deleted.
All plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment. You can cancel any time from your account page. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
